British Nigerian artist, Karimah Ashadu, isn’t known for playing by the rules, but it’s apparently working to her advantage. Making her debut exhibition as part of the Nigerian delegation to the Venice Biennale, she won the coveted Silver Lion Award for a promising young artist.
