Animals Crossing

An upcoming exhibition in Cape Town will showcase a collection of ceramics, wallpapers and fashion inspired by the animals of Africa. Ardmore founder, Fée Halsted, has had a life-long passion for African wildlife, and has commissioned teams of artists for many years to produce beautifully whimsical designs, most recently the Jabula line of ceramics. The Ardmore-Jabula wallpaper collection by Cole & Son focuses on leopards in bushwillow trees in Kruger National Park, wide-eyed bushbabies, hoopoes hiding in exotic foliage, parades of animals meandering to watering holes, and the rolling hills and valleys of KwaZulu-Natal. Exhibition visitors will be delighted by the enormous variety on display. The exhibition will also include the release of the Sabie King Scarf, inspired by the King cheetah, and Sabie Linen Tablecloths, which tell the story of the Sabie Sands area within the Kruger Park – all depicted in Ardmore’s signature, energetic visuals.
