With less than two months to the Trans Africa Investment Summit 2026, we are delighted to announce Ethiopian Airlines, as Official Airline Carrier for the Trans Africa Investment Summit 4-6 November 2026, Silver Springs Hotel Kampala Uganda, in a move expected to strengthen air connectivity and facilitate international participation at the Trans Africa investment Summit.
The partnership was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on September 21, 2026, with Nova Holdings, the Strategic Aviation and Travel partner for the summit.
Under this partnership, Ethiopian Airlines will provide confirmed and eligible Summit participants travelling to Kampala from any Ethiopian Airlines online point with a 12 per cent discount on Economy and Business Class fares. Pilot International will guide confirmed delegates on how to access this travel support. In addition Ethiopian Airlines will fully participate in the summit to connect, network and interact with summit delegates to explore meaningful partnership prospects.
The Trans Africa Investment Summit is an annual summit hosted by Pilot International and Women Entrepreneurship Forum Africa (WEFA), linking Africa to the diaspora. This year’s theme is “Powering Africa with renewable energy to foster collaboration between Africa and the diaspora, featuring sessions such as Infrastructure development, Agriculture and Value Chains, Aviation and Transport Corridors among others.
