Cameroonian President Paul Biya, 91, returned to the nation’s capital Yaoundé on Monday after several weeks abroad, quelling rumors about his health. Questions arose after he disappeared from public view following his departure from a China-Africa summit in Beijing in early September. Speculation intensified when Biya missed the UN General Assembly in September and a French-speaking nations’ summit in early October.
