It has been a long an circuitous path, but determination and a love for the arts propelled Laura Schuerwegen to create an arts festival in Malawi. With little public support, it has been a boot-strapping affair, but the Zomba City Arts Festival just celebrated its fourth anniversary, and it shows no signs of stopping.
