The Ethiopian mining industry went from fetching over $600 million dollars from mineral exports to a $130 million nose dive. CNBC Africa’s Fifi Peters caught up with Ethiopian Mines and Petroleum Minister Dr Samuel Urkato, and started by asking him about the targets for the country.
