Despite a 17th-place finish in the New York City Marathon, Eliud Kipchoge, widely considered the greatest marathoner ever, cemented a different kind of victory by completing all seven World Marathon Majors. His focus, however, has clearly evolved beyond winning races. Celebrated for breaking the two-hour barrier and his profound philosophy that “no human is limited,” Kipchoge now aims to inspire a global community. His next ambitious venture is the ‘World Tour,’ a plan to run a marathon on all seven continents to promote his foundation’s educational and environmental work. While he has been coy about his participation in specific future races, his mission is certain: to build a lasting legacy focused on inspiring others to push their limits in sport and life.
