Egyptian Cookbook Celebrates Inclusivity

Eman el-Husseini created a cookbook written in Braille that has become a gateway for independence and self-sufficiency for the visually impaired cooks. The cookbook’s recipes require the use of only four human senses: touch, smell, hearing, and taste. El-Husseini launched the book a year ago but has only printed a handful of copies so far. She hopes to partner with a publishing house to make the book more accessible for the wider population.
