B Lab Africa Celebrates Women’s Month With Groundbreaking Female Voices At October Summit

In honour of Women’s Month in South Africa, B Lab Africa is proud to spotlight the dynamic, visionary women who will be centre stage at the upcoming 4th Annual B Lab Africa Summit, taking place from 2–3 October 2025 at the Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate in Johannesburg. These women are more than speakers, they are changemakers, innovators, and architects of Africa’s inclusive and sustainable future.

This year’s summit themed “Africa’s Readiness to Take Action: Climate Modalities, ESG Investment, and Inclusive Growth”, will feature an exceptional lineup of women leaders whose work spans continents, disciplines, and generations. Their insights promise to enrich the discourse and inspire action around climate justice, economic transformation, and purpose-driven innovation.

Chisom UdezeFounder, Diversify, Diversify Consult, and HerSpace
A global economist and social impact strategist, Chisom is redefining what it means to lead with vision and equity. With clients including the UN and The Economist Group, she drives systemic transformation across business and government. Her passion projects, HerSpace and HerTech, create inclusive platforms for women and non-binary founders, making her a powerful advocate for inclusive innovation.

Dr. Nicolene du PreezEducation Visionary & Environmental Advocate
A psychologist and regenerative education expert, Dr. Nicolene is on a mission to reimagine learning systems. With a PhD in the Psychology of Education and global experience including the World Conference on Environment and Education, she brings bold, belief-shifting ideas to the future of Africa’s education landscape.

Hilda ForsytheCEO, HMP Engineering Solutions
An inventor, engineer, and AI thought leader, Hilda is challenging gender norms in tech and engineering.
